Hypnotherapy

Stress

Stress is the body's alarm system – useful in short bursts, exhausting when it never switches off.

The nervous system is there to ensure our survival. Hypnotherapy is not there to remove stress but to allow our nervous system to cope better with it. In a relaxed, focused state, the subconscious is more receptive to novelty, where you can create a bigger space between reaction and response. The aim is not to eliminate stress, but to change your relationship with it.

Hypnotherapy is a complementary approach and not a replacement for professional medical or psychological care.
