Hypnotherapy
Understand your mind. Rewire your patterns. Change your experience.
Remembering who you are, where you want to go, and how to get there.

What it is
A focused state of relaxed attention
Hypnotherapy uses hypnosis – a natural, relaxed state of focused attention – to work with the subconscious mind. It is the part of you that holds habits, beliefs and automatic responses, often outside the reach of conscious awareness.
In that state, the mind becomes more open to reflection and to new perspectives. Patterns can be noticed, understood and gently loosened. Nothing is done to you; the work is done with you.
The Experience
What hypnosis feels like
For most people, hypnosis feels pleasantly familiar, just like the moments before falling asleep. Trance is very ordinary in many ways, we experience it more often than we think – when we're at the gym, watching TV, even driving a regular route. It is where the conscious and subconscious meet, and where change happens.
Common Questions
What hypnotherapy isn't
Hypnosis means losing control.
You remain consciously aware during the whole session. Hypnotherapy is a focused, relaxed state – not sleep, and not surrender.
It only works on the highly suggestible.
Most people can enter a light trance. It is a natural state you already pass through daily – daydreaming, driving, drifting off.
It is a quick fix or magic cure.
Hypnotherapy is a collaborative process. It can be powerful, but it is not a guarantee, and it is never a replacement for medical care.
What to Expect
What sessions involve
01
A first conversation
We begin with what brought you here – what you are curious about, what you would like to understand or change. There is no pressure to commit.
02
The session itself
A combination of talking therapy, where we explore all the positive aspects of your life. You are then guided into a relaxed, focused state, gently and at your own pace.
03
Afterwards
Most people leave feeling calm and clear. We talk about what surfaced and what might be useful next – whether that is further sessions or simply reflection.

In Their Words
Experiences with hypnotherapy
Elena has helped me so much. I was petrified of insects for my whole life, and incredibly, just after 3 sessions, I have improved so much. I am able to tolerate bugs coming near me or even being on me! I am really grateful for her, I never thought I'd be able to be so calm around insects. Her hypnosis is so effective, and she really held me through the experience. I felt so centred after each session. Highly recommend!

Hypnotherapy
Elena was great for my anxiety. I found her recording at night very good at making me feel relaxed and help fall asleep. She helped me look deeper at things that made me happy and be more present. Since the hypnosis I have gotten much better at picking my skin and cuticles. I would highly recommend her to others.

Hypnotherapy
My experience with Elena's hypnotherapy sessions have been incredibly positive and rewarding. Vocalising positive moments, focusing on improvements and going through deep relaxing meditation really worked. As a result, I noticed a significant reduction in my stress levels, a boost in my overall mood, and an ability to deeply relax. Looking back after our period of sessions, I can confidently say that kicking off the week with this therapy transformed my mindset and set a calm, positive tone for the days that followed.

I have been seeing Elena for weekly hypnosis sessions, and I have found them to be very helpful and grounding. Her sessions have helped me become more aware of the positive aspects of my life, and over time, have helped me develop greater confidence in myself. Elena's empathy, compassion, and supportive presence have made me feel understood and have helped guide me along this journey.
